The objective of technical cooperation is to support the elaboration of a framework of principles of transparency and integrity in infrastructure of the GBID, nourished by a comparative analysis of the different international initiatives in force on the matter. The framework of principles would involve the entire infrastructure cycle, from selection to completion of the work and execution of the contract, and would take into account the multiple actors and interests that interact in these processes.
