The objective of this TC is support the beneficiary countries' efforts to improve the operational and strategic management of their pension systems. The specific objectives are to increase the governments' knowledge in order to: strengthen their operational management capacity of institutions and pension systems, with a focus in the design of the digital transformation of the institutions and systems; and (2) strengthen their strategic planning capacity of the pensions institutions and pension systems.
