E-commerce and logistics: perspectives for SMEs in LAC

The objective of this TC is to contribute improving the competitiveness of SMEs, through the analysis of bottlenecks (obstacles) in the logistics of the last mile of products sold through e-commerce platforms, which serve as an input to feed e-commerce development strategies in the countries of the region and to promote improvements in the quality of services associated with transport and logistics infrastructure.
