The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the development of digital skills of young people in three Central American countries: El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua. The specific objectives are: (i) to support countries to identify a mapping of employment opportunities in companies engaged in technology development, both abroad and at the local level; (ii) support, on a pilot basis, a digital skills development experience in at least two of the three beneficiary countries; and (iii) based on the pilot experience and its lessons learned, develop a road map and a national digital skills development action plan in the countries where the pilots are carried out.
