The objective is to develop the operating structure for the constitution of a guarantee fund in Panama. The TC will carry out a diagnosis of the conditions of the national financial market and then propose the constitution of a fund that can guarantee operations of banks, financial companies and cooperatives as part of the Bank's support tPo the country's economic recovery strategy.
