The Technical Cooperation aims to: 1) increase knowledge about the design and implementation of a public policy of comprehensive early childhood care; 2) identify best practices in care programs in children's centers and in group modalities or home visits for early childhood development; 3) provide tools, instruments, knowledge and lessons learned from the implementation and monitoring of the ECD policy in Uruguay to guide the management of the Early Childhood Coordination Unit coordinated by MIDES.
