The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development (SEDATU) in its purpose of reducing urban and social backwardness, through the implementation of the Urban Improvement Program (PMU). The specific objectives are: (i) increase SEDATU's institutional technical capacities in relation to environmental safeguards, gender and inclusion, risks and climate change; and (ii) strengthen mechanisms for verification and follow-up of environmental and gender management in SEDATU's programs.
