The objective of this TC is to identify the gaps, in terms of skills and knowledge, between the demand of the productive sectors and the supply of technical training in Mexico. Likewise, it seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of a new model of participation of young people with flexible schemes to complete the courses with the use of new communication and information technologies and adapted to the Latin American context. The Tecnológico de Monterrey will develop the technical content of these courses to innovate in the preparation of young people and based on the demand of companies in different industries and their new demands in the markets.
