The general objective of this program is to increase citizens' access to the internet through the transformation and digital inclusion of Mexico, collaborating with social development. To achieve this, the following specific objectives are: (i) promoting telecommunications infrastructure in critical and high-performance networks; (ii) promote digital inclusion through the development of digital capacities and skills, especially in marginalized and remote areas; and (iii) promote institutional strengthening that favors digital transformation and inclusion.
