The project's specific objectives are to: (i) enhance the quality of mobile broadband service, (ii) reduce the per-megabyte cost of subscribing to 4G or higher mobile broadband service, and (iii) achieve an initial, medium-term increase in the number of subscribers to 4G or higher mobile broadband service.
