Support the knowledge exchange between the JCF and the Colombian police. Specifically, the CT-Intra will support a visit to Colombia by selected staff of the Colombian Ministry of national Security and JCF, to learn about key aspects of Colombia's law enforcement, particularly: 1) Use of technology for law enforcement, particularly with a focus on Monitoring Centers; 2) Overall reform of the Colombian Police, particularly organizational, investigative, training and human resources management aspects; and 3) intersections between points 1 and 2, particularly as it relates to the reforms and change management necessary to ensure the effective and sustainable use of technology.
