The objective of the TC is to strengthen the institutional and community capacities for prevention, care and protection of women who suffer violence, with an emphasis on femicide. The specific objectives of the TC are: i) Implement initiatives for the prevention of sexual and gender based violence at the community and institutional level; and ii) improve the skills, coordination and tools for care and protection of women with a higher risk of femicide
