The objective of the TC is to contribute to improving Honduras' logistical performance through sectorial reforms in the regulatory, institutional, planning and trade facilitation areas, which will allow gains in regional competitiveness and integration, supporting Honduras' transport sector in the preparation and implementation of Phase II of the Transport Sector Policy Reform Program (HO-L1206), by financing key activities and consultancies for the design of the necessary actions to support the PBL (Policy Based Loan) targets, allowing the disbursement of its resources.
