The objective of the TC is to build and develop a strategic dialogue with the stakeholders of the healthcare sector such as established NGOs and UN agencies and identify high-impact intervention priorities within the current context of fragility and multiple needs, to support the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) in its programing efforts with the IDB. The TC will have two specific objectives. Firstly, it will aim to inform the prioritization of potential interventions through an assessment of broad thematic areas such as non-communicable diseases, children and maternal health and vaccination deployment, among others. Secondly, it will ensure continuity of some of the main investments of the Immediate Public Health Response to COVID-19 Program (IRSP – reformulation of HA-L1095 and HA-L1104), in particular with regards to emergency and patient transportation services.
