The objective of this TC is to provide the authorities of the Communications, Transport and Housing Commissions, as well as the Economy and Foreign Trade of the Congress of the Republic, the opportunity to learn about international experiences, such as Mexico, on new entities and processes of contracting and realization of road infrastructure in such a way that allows them to have better elements to consider in the structuring, governance and capacities of the organism that is thought to create through the law 5431.
