The main objective will be to increase access to the citizens of Guatemala to fixed and mobile Broad Band (BBD). To achieve this, the following specific objectives are established: (i) Improve connectivity through investment in digital infrastructure; (ii) improvement of the adoption conditions of solutions for digital infrastructure; and (iii) Increase the institutional and operative capacity that will allow the development a digital agenda.
