Support the design and implementation of the Program to strengthen the water and sanitation sector in El Salvador (ES-L1152), through the financing of pre-investment studies for the execution of the program projects, as well as to strengthen the National Administration of Aqueducts and Sewers (ANDA - Spanish acronym), to manage the program through the development of training, internships and exchanges; in addition to finance the initial operation of the Program's Executing Unit (UEP - Acronym in Spanish), among other activities.
