The objective of the technical cooperation is to support the exchange of experiences between the Ministry of Education (MINED) of El Salvador with the Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Educational Evaluation (INVAL) of Ecuador to learn about internal and external evaluations of the National Education System, specifically the teaching topic. To fulfill this objective, the visit to Quito of a team from El Salvador of a maximum of five people with competences in teaching policy and evaluations will be financed.
