The objective of this Technical Cooperation will be to facilitate the sustainable increase of public investment in infrastructure through the modality of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Ecuador. To achieve this objective, the TC will support the strengthening of the institutional capacity of the Government of Ecuador (GdE) for the evaluation and sustainable fiscal management of its PPP's portfolio.
