Support the Ministry of Public Education to face the educational consequences of COVID-19, and to develop 21st century skills in the most vulnerable populations. The following will be particularly supported: (i) the identification of pedagogical materials, as well as teacher training strategies to achieve educational continuity in populations that do not yet have connectivity; and (ii) support for the design of the strategy, focused on the most vulnerable population, to transit the return to classes, and face the effects of COVID-19 on dropout, graduation, and skills development in the 21st century.
