The main objective of this project is to support the generation of capacities for the use of digital technologies in public institutions as an enabler of the digital economy in close coordination with the private sector and to promote more democratic access to these technologies. The specific objectives would be: (i) to establish a strategic vision of the government for the use of the digital economy; (ii) accompany the development of programs that promote the design, adoption and use of digital technology that promote higher indexes of country innovation; and (iii) support the design and implementation of the enterprise to provide social solutions using digital technologies.
