This TC aims to support the implementation of the agreed policies within the Program for Deepening Fiscal Reform in Colombia II, corresponding to operation CO-L1227, the second operation within the same programmatic credit line to support policy reforms. The TC seeks to evaluate the results and impacts of the program. In particular, the TC will support the Government of Colombia to disseminate, and make effective, measures to increase tax collection, to ensure more efficient use of public spending, and to improve the management of public liabilities, including contingents.
