Analysis and Reforms for the Brazilian Federalism in the Post Covid

This Technical Cooperation (CT) will provide support at the three levels of government in Brazil for the development of analyses that allow a more accurate diagnosis of the problems of Brazilian fiscal federalism in the light of the structural challenges and taxes imposed by COVID and propose proposals for reforms to solve the bottlenecks identified in the diagnosis such as intergovernmental tax reform, transfer system, quality and distribution of public expenditure and fiscal transparency.
