The TC aims to contribute to the reactivation and productive growth, social inclusion and technological development of Brazil by supporting the identification and design of infrastructure projects, policy and regulatory reforms, and financing mechanisms. Specifically (i) design of sub-national and national projects for network infrastructure, data centers, and digital integration centers; (ii) development of the regulation of spectrum use and secondary spectrum market mandated by Law 13,879 / 2019; (iii) support for the development of regulatory and sector policy reforms necessary for the implementation of infrastructure projects and financing schemes; (iv) design of financial mechanisms such as guarantees, blended finance, and digital bonds; and (v) establishment of a network for dialogue and dissemination of knowledge
