Additionally, visit the Pies Descalzos Educational Institution, Lomas del Peyé in Cartagena, an example of how a school has transforming capacity in a vulnerable community. Visit in Cali the Mi Comunidad es Escuela program, an example of a multisectorial approach to improve education. Facilitate the technical exchange between the Ceibal Foundation of Uruguay and the municipal government of Manaus and state government of Espírito Santo to exchange experiences on early education assessment. Manaus and Espírito Santo have expressed interest in applying this evaluation and Uruguay has an interesting track record in this regard.
