The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to produce diagnostic evidence to strengthen intracultural, intercultural and multilingual education, identifying educational needs in a timely manner and promoting quality education, especially for indigenous people. More specifically, this TC will finance i) a diagnosis of the quality of the educational information system, ii) the design of a national observatory on the vitality and use of native languages and iii) a tool to evaluate the quality of the implementation of the Regionalized Curricula, including an evaluation of the use of native languages in intercultural and multilingual schools.
