The General Development Objective of the Technical Cooperation is to support the implementation of the credit operation "Support Program for the Federal Plan for the Reconstruction and Integration of the Argentine Health System – AMPLIAR SALUD" (AR-L1358). The Specific Development Objective of this TC is to strengthen the national and subnational level competencies to manage the reorganization and prioritization of health care lines, through the development of diagnosis and the strengthening of competencies to implement a Management strategy of the Change that the implementation of a Health Benefits Plan will imply.
