The objective of this TC is to support the implementation of the Universalth Healthcare Coverage policy, by strengthening the National Ministry of Health in its stewardship role on the health system. The specific objectives of this TC are to contribute to: i) developing an institutional framework to improve the allocative efficiency of health sector resources; and (ii) prioritize the investment of provincial public health within a network approach.
