TC0003042 : Strengthening Extractive Activities Acre

The overall objective of this technical cooperation is to assist the State Government of Acre in the preparation of a workplan for the extractive activities component of the Sustainable Development Program of Acre (BR-0313). The strengthening of the extractive sector (i.e. of the production of rubber, nuts, copaiba oil, medicinal plants, etc.) is a critical component of the development strategy of the government of the State of Acre, which aims to achieve economic growth without further deforestation nor urbanization.
