Create a green hydrogen hub for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) that addresses the following topics: safety regulation, contract standards and certification of origin; and formulate a proposal for a harmonized certification of green hydrogen, which will include a study of potential certification mechanisms for green hydrogen or one of its associated products, such as ammonia, and a harmonized proposal for a safety regulation for the transport of green hydrogen.
