The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to support the preparation of a sovereign guaranteed loan which will provide financing to a short term investment plan for the rehabilitation and modernization of the Salto Grande Hydroelectric Complex (Argentina Uruguay binational hydroelectric plant) and to deepen the existing technical, economic, financial and environmental studies which will contribute to formulate a medium and long term investment plan.
