Contribute to the logistics development of Mesoamerica by means of capacity building and specialized studies for: (i) generating regional strategies for transport, logistics and mobility, and their action plans; (ii) promote regional investments plans prioritized in transportation, logistics and mobility with regional impact; (iii) support the transformation of the Pacific Corridor into an international logistics corridor, including regional mechanisms for its preservation and maintenance; and (iv) support the implementation of PNLogs and specific projects of specialized logistics platforms.
