HA-T1221 : Enhancing Women's Economic Opportunities and Safety in Haiti

The objective of this technical cooperation is to contribute to closing knowledge gaps with respect to the determinants and risk factors of VAW in Haiti and its prevention through increased access to opportunities in health, education and labor markets. The specific objectives are to: i) generate quality data on women's safety and access to economic opportunities; ii) produce evidence on the effectiveness of interventions to prevent VAW in rural communities; iii) contribute to the design a financially sustainable model of integrated services to women and iv) promote a multi-sectorial policy dialogue with policymakers on gender equality issues.
