This TC is aimed at closing the deficit gap through an improvement in revenue collection. The client has requested the full amount to be directed to acquiring Support for the Design and Implementation of a National Tax Control Plan at the Internal Revenue Service (SRI) of Ecuador. A well-designed control plan increases revenue in two ways: directly from assessments, interest and penalties: and indirectly through the deterrence of tax fraud
