EC-T1328 : Strengthening Urban Analysis and Preparation for Habitat III

This Technical Cooperation (TC) seeks to support the Government of Ecuador in its preparation to host the Habitat III United Nations (UN) Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development (Quito, October 2016). Habitat III will be the largest urban summit ever held in Latin America and the Caribbean and the UN General Assembly aims that it will result in an action-oriented strategy on how to implement the goals, principles, commitments of a ¿New Urban Agenda¿, including the monitoring of ambitious urban targets in the UN¿s forthcoming agreement on Sustainable Development Goals (2015).
