The objective is to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Finance (MH) in the design of public policies aimed at promoting greater fiscal discipline. The specific objective is to provide technical assistance and provide economic analysis tools to the MH to, on the income side, identify forms of noncompliance of taxpayers especially by way of tax avoidance and, on the expenditure side, assess the impact Fiscal policy of sectoral policies.
