CR-T1243 : Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Virtual Training for Workers affected by COVID-19
Project Status: Implementation
The objective is to support the evaluation of the effectiveness of a virtual labor training and certification program for workers, whose jobs have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Costa Rica. The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS), the Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE) and the online learning platform Coursera. CINDE, in its role as the entity responsible for attracting foreign investment to the country and ensuring that companies find workers with the required skill set, leads the program.
