The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the Government of Costa Rica, through specialized technical consulting, to develop a proposal for strengthening the planning, design, programming , implementation, monitoring and control of programs and / or projects investment in public works, to ensure that they are developed effectively and efficiently and serve to boost economic growth, combating poverty and reducing inequality, in a context that ensures Government´s performances that are open, transparent and free of all forms of corruption.
