BO-T1332 : Support for the Preparation of the Policy Reform Program of the Water, Sanitation, Solid Waste and Water Resources Sectors

The aim of the TC is to finance the associated costs to complete the compliance and implementation of the reforms agreed in the first operation (BO-L1200) of the "Program of Policy Reforms for the Water, Sanitation, Solid Waste and Water Resources Sectors in Bolivia" and the preparation of its second operation of the PBP, which is expected to be approved in 2021; includes consulting and non-consulting services necessary for the development and implementation of sector reforms, together with technical support and advice to the beneficiary (MMAyA), for the preparation of operations and the achievement of sector reform commitments/policies. The TC will finance individual consultancies to provide technical assistance and supervision to the Ministry of Environment and Water and its autonomous, decentralized entities, from the preparation to the approval and implementation of the products derived from the reforms, together with compliance with the approval and disbursement requirement of the Program, non-consultancy services for the edition, publication and dissemination of materials according to the requirements of the sector. The TC will also finance basic studies for the elaboration of guidelines, plans and policies for prioritized subsectors, such as services in rural areas, rainwater drainage, urban solid waste and others.
