The objectives of the TC program are: (i) develop the capabilities of the housing industry and the housing sector financing institutions for the construction and financing of energy efficient housing; (ii) Create a certification system for energy efficient housing (including its branding) and disseminate the system among the industry¿s stakeholder and the general public; (iii) raise awareness among the general public of the advantages associated with energy efficient housing; (iv)create proposals for housing normativity with energy efficiency criteria.
