CR-T1149 : Environmental and Social Management Capacity Building for ICE-s Electricity Business Line

The main objective of this TC is to support the compliance with the environmental and social requirements established for the new ICE CCLIP line (CR-X1014) and the execution of the loan operation CRL1070. The specific objectives of the CT are: (i) to provide technical advice to ICE's Business Line regarding environmental and social management issues related to the development and implementation of projects associated with the CCLIP. In particular, it will support the compliance with the environmental and social requirements established in the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) and other contract documents of the CCLIP loan, as well as other projects of ICE's Business Line.; and (ii) provide advice to the IDB in monitoring environmental and social issues associated with the CCLIP in order to follow up the implementation of the ESAP and other actions associated with the loan agreement.
