CH-T1162 : Implementation of ESCI in two cities, Coquimbo-La Serena and one additional city

The CT will support the development of the diagnosis and formulation of the corresponding action plan for each city. These Action Plans will identify, from the initial diagnosis, the projects that will contribute to improve sustainability in the environmental, urban, fiscal and governance dimensions. Additionally, the CT will support pre - investment studies in both cities, which will include further diagnoses, defining technical/economical pre - feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary engineering designs and projects that are prioritized in the Action Plan. This CT is a continuation of multisectoral effort in the long term to improve the quality of life in emerging cities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
