The Research Institute for Development, Growth and Economics (RIDGE), the Inter-American Development Bank and the Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto (OPP) from the President's office in Uruguay are pleased to announce a call for papers for the 2nd LACEA BRAIN Conference
LACEA BRAIN is accepting proposals for academic papers on behavioral economics and related topics. Papers should be relevant to policy and/or development issues. Articles on topics of interest to LAC are particularly welcome.
Paper submission Full papers, written in English, must be submitted for consideration for the workshop via the submission platform.
Call For Papers 2019 - The Financial Stability and Development Network
The Financial Stability and Development Network of the Research Department at the IDB and the Central Bank of Chile, invite submissions for a research conference “Financial Frictions: Macroeconomic Implications and Policy Options for Emerging Economies.” The conference will take place at the Central Bank of Chile on March 19-20, 2020. Papers presented at the conference will undergo a standard peer review process and, if accepted, will be included in a special volume of the Journal of International Economics. Call For Papers 2019 - The effect of Monetary Policy Normalization on Emerging Markets
The third annual meeting of CEBRA’s International Finance and Macroeconomics program jointly with the Financial Stability and Development (FSD) Network of the Research Department at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Bank of Mexico invite submissions for a conference "The effect of Monetary Policy Normalization on Emerging Markets". It will focus on all aspects and issues related to the effect of monetary policy normalization on emerging market economies (EMEs). An ideal mix of papers will include both theoretical and empirical work. The conference will take place in the Bank of Mexico, on December 5 and 6, 2019. The deadline for submission is June 15, 2019.
