Luis Fernando is economist with experience in macro-fiscal and international development topics. Previously, he worked as economic advisor for the Minister of Finance of Costa Rica, in macroeconomic monitoring and supporting on the IMF program. He also worked in the Fiscal Division of the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds a master’s in International Development from Harvard University, a master’s in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
