The specific objective of the program is aimed at restoring part of the road infrastructure, flood protection infrastructure, and other social infrastructure affected by Tropical Storm Julia. The achievement of this objective will contribute to the general objective of supporting the transition process of the population affected by Tropical Storm Julia towards the recovery of their regular social and economic activities, through the restoration of the level of access to the provision of basic public services.
