REASONS FOR CONDUCTING AN IMPACT EVALUATION
El objetivo de esta lección es proveer los elementos para formular preguntas de evaluación. El contenido permitirá entender los usos, alcances y limitaciones de una evaluación.
STATISTICAL PRINCIPLES
The goal of this lesson is to give you a sense of the key statistical concepts frequently used in an impact evaluation. The key concepts include interpretation of basic descriptive statistics, comparison of samples, and power calculations.
IMPACT EVALUATION METHODS
This lesson will give you a sense of how the most popular impact evaluation methods work. It begins with an introduction of the concept of causal inference. It also covers the methods of randomization, regression discontinuity, instrumental variables, differences in differences and matching.
INFORMATION AND DATA COLLECTION
