The Office of Institutional Integrity submitted a Statement of Charges and Evidence against a Company for the alleged commission of a collusive practice in relation to the Federal District Urban Transportation Program and Non-Reimbursable Technical Cooperation. The Sanctions Officer determined that it is more likely than not that the Respondent committed the collusive practice of which it was accused.

The Individual Respondent (“Respondent”) served as the de facto representative of a company within the framework of the implementation of the Urban Transportation Program of the Federal District and Non-Reimbursable Technical Cooperation (the “Program”). The Office of Institutional Integrity (“OII”) submitted a Statement of Charges and Evidence against the Respondent for allegedly engaging in a collusive practice related to the Program.

The Individual Respondent (the “Respondent”) was the legal representative of a company within the framework of the implementation of the Federal District Urban Transportation Program and Non-Reimbursable Technical Cooperation (the “Program”). The Office of Institutional Integrity (the “OII”) submitted a Statement of Charges and Evidence against the Respondent for the alleged commission of a collusive practice related to the Program.

The Respondent Firm (“Respondent”) was subcontracted to provide technical-legal advice for the implementation of the Urban Transportation Program of the Federal District and Non-Reimbursable Technical Cooperation (the “Program”). The Office of Institutional Integrity (“OII”) submitted a Statement of Charges and Evidence against the Respondent for allegedly engaging in a collusive practice related to the Program.

The Individual Respondent (“Respondent”) submitted a proposal to extend a contract under the Fiscal Management Strengthening Project of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (the “Program”). The Office of Institutional Integrity (“OII”) submitted a Statement of Charges and Evidence against the Respondent for allegedly engaging in a fraudulent practice related to the Program. OII accused the Respondent of submitting false certificates in order to meet the requirements to extend the contract.
