ProMorar São Luis/MA - Come to the Center
The main objective of ProMorar São Luís is to revitalize the Historic Center of São Luís to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants and users, with special attention to the vulnerable population. The specific objectives are: (i) to quantitatively expand and qualitatively consolidate the use of housing in the Historic Center; (ii) to improve service to the inhabitants and users of the Historic Center in terms of public, commercial and socioeconomic services; (iii) to improve the habitat of the Historic Center through the requalification of public spaces and green areas; and (iv) to strengthen municipal urban management.
