Sumiko Andrade

Sumiko Andrade joined the Office of Evaluation and Oversight as a Research Fellow in 2021. She has experience in financial inclusion and economic development programs. Before joining OVE, she worked in impact investment projects and in programs directing private capital to development areas throughout Latin America. Sumiko has also worked for the Inter-American Development Bank, in its Mexico office, in the Social Protection and Health Division. She holds a master’s in public policy from Harvard University, with a Business and Government concentration area and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
