Julian is an economist with experience in development, evaluations, international relations, and international economics. Julian joined the Office of Evaluation and Oversight in 2021. Prior to OVE, he worked as trade advisor for the British Department of State; as Unit chief for regional integration in the Bolivian Ministry of foreign affairs, and as researcher in the Aru foundation, an NGO specialized in evaluations, data collection and analysis.
Julian holds a master’s degree in international and development economics from the University of applied sciences of Berlin and graduated as Economist from the Bolivian Catholic University.
